Unfairly treated for asking water

I had luch at this place. This people is treating there workers like ****. There is this ons lady asking to drink some water at the ****en counter. They were so rude at her. She is working with ovens grilling chickens. This is not acceptable. Why can they drink water. Its very hot there.
