Poor Service at Kolonade

Extremely disappointed in the service that MTN Store Kollonade had to offer.

Two weeks back I went to enquire MTN South Africa Kolonade Shopping Centre to purchase one of their products that was on a special but to my surprise there was no stock at all, that isn’t a problem because it happens. I asked if they could call other MTN stores they said no it’s impossible.

I than asked if I could order it online and they said that it’s not possible at all. After throwing a tantrum they than gave me a form to fill and told me that they’ll get back to me once they receive stock, I than left the store.

TODAY I received a call when I was at work being told that my order is ready. I told the the lady that called me that I’ll come after work but I first have to attend a meeting. She agreed and said it’s fine.

I get to Kolonnade Shopping Centre: 1. Firstly there was no sanitizer available I had to look for it. 2. No one wanted to attend to me. 3. One of the workers didn’t even ask how they could help me, instead he shouted “Heyi Heyi”. 4. I explain to him that I’m here for an order, he instead tells me that they don’t have that product. I explained that I was called in to do the paperwork and finalize payment. He than calls the lady that called me to assist me. 5. She rolls her eyes and says “I knew it” to her colleague. 6. She tells me that she made a mistake and that the product was not meant for me but for someone else. I reason with her telling her that she’s the one who called me and we agreed that I’ll be coming at a certain time but no she doesn’t care or show some remorse. 7. She was extremely rude to me about it and made it my fault. Worse part is that they don’t even wear their masks in that store.

In closing I’m extremely disappointed in the service that I’ve been receiving!
