Maintenance Kolonnade Centre

The lift in the middle of the mall is often out of order for a couple of days. The excuse is that they waiting for parts from overseas. It was out of order for about 2 weeks in October and is again out of order since friday. Senior citizens must walk a distance to the other side of the mall to get another lift. I bought a 25 kg container with HTH and battle to get it to my car. Escalators often not working. Suggest they get a driver with a tuc tuc car to assist in situations like this. I counted 9 trolleys that people left at the lift. Two toilets in ladies toilets between Edgars and juwellery shop out of order for months.
