Incorrect change.

Paid cash for small item. Was short changed 15cents. When I pointed this out the cashier told me she had no change. No apology. Unfortunately the same thing happened to my friend about an hour later. This complaint is about a repeat incident accompanied by an unpleasant attitude. Pity it spoilt the shopping experience for both of us.
