Downgrading and going backwards

Terrible service and staff.

Tonight at 11 PM we were trying to pay for our ticket for parking, but now without warning, your machines no longer take credit cards. You really need to warn customers who don't carry cash about this! I would gladly NOT use your covered parking if it only accepts cash.

What's worse is, trying to access the intercom is NOT helpful! The person at center management is just fast asleep at the intercom. Do they sleep in the mall all through curfew at night? Is that even legal? What's worse is your main mall starts to close down all its doors around 11 PM So now we need to pay with cash, but we also need to get in the mall to draw cash?

Clearly logic and reason are not a strong suit at Kolennade management.

This was absolutely pathetic! You should warn your patrons that you're going backward and downgrading the capabilities of your machine. Like the rest of your mall, it's clearly all going backward and down hill!
