Disappointed with Kolonade mall managemenent

On the 17th of February i went shopping at Kolonade mall. i susspect that the security who was assisting me took a plastic bag with items (stole). i discovered this when i got home. i went back to the mall and reported this matter. i asked to view the security footage, this request was declined. i was told that they will call me to give feedback, today is the 17th, exactly a month of this incident, i did not receive a call. i went back to the mall today to check. only today they are viewing the footage. i am really angry, since this it is really hard for me to visit this mall or use their parking.
