Debit order date

Good-morning. I have been having a problem with PlanetFitness Kolonade Mall branch ( Call centre Offices ). We changed banking details and deduction yet the call centre never actioned my request. Couldn't use the gym facilities. We worked on this query for like an hour and still not done. Thanks to Hernman ( manager ) my query was solved and now i can use the gym facilities. Thank You Herman
