Petty crime can people away

Friends and I had a lovely lunch at Kolonaki in Parkhurst. The food was delicious, the service was great and the ambience just amazing....the only disappointed was seeing one of the patrons getting his cell phone snatched while taking a call on the pavement outside Kolonaki - I don't know what the security guys (dressed in green) patrolling the road are there for if this kind of crime is still happening. They should stop sitting in pairs having a chat and patrol the road properly.
