NON Payment

this mine owes ue R773 195.36 . first deliveries november 2023 and last February 2024. we can not get any answers from them. we cannot speak to the accounts department, we have to speak to a call center. first excuse was that the stock was not GRV'd . then the order was to old so a new order had to be issued. we then had to issue credit notes and new invoices. now they tell us it has not been GRV'd again. this is unacceptable behavior from a listed company
