bad after sales Support after buying products for warranty support from them take forever to reply on emails

14 Apr 2026, 06:52i have purchase hp Smart tank printer from Kolok and i less van three months apart it needed to be send n for repairs costing me almost R1000 every time on courier fees after the last time kolok and hp agree to send there courtiers to collect and up to date since more that a week ago the unit is still with me and no collecting been done ,if you sen email it took them two to three days to respond and then with excuse they need to ask the couriers about this
