Bad Service from Kolok SA

-0 for client service. I bought HP black ink at one of their suplliers in Upington in February 2025, according to me my cartridge was faulty, because the given pages to print with that cartridge was 120, I could only print +-20 pages….without now warning the cartridge was empty….I returned it to the place I bought it in Upington & they sent it to Kolok Bloemfontein that was the stores ink supplier….after many emails & sending them pictures of the pages I printed as well as the serial number & stuff of my printer the still don’t think the ink was faulty & still want stuff like printer history & more. They keep telling the cartridge is empty….of course the cartridge is empty, I printed with it, but only half pages & it was empty after 20 pages…. This is bad bad service & the keep lying also giving the company that I bought the ink from in Upington the faulty as they say they never received stuff, but the lady in Upington have all the stuff on emails….
