POOR SERVICE GAME STORES

Re my review dated 30 March 2020. GAME contacted me on 30 March 21 wjith both the service centre and the KOLLONADE store manager promising feedback by 1 April 21. To date and 2 more mails to service @game.co.za one on 1 April and the 2 nd today still no joy.

How is that for service.
