Refund on paid up Garnishee

After 3 months of finishing paying the Garnishee, Kollekt still garnished my salary at Real People, the organisation I work for until May 2015. I was supposed to have finished this garnishee order according to a Garnishee Administrator (Jillian Geluk) at Kollekt in March 2015. We communicated in February 2015 when she told me that and sent me a statement as proof. On the 10th of June 2015 my employer contacted Kollekt after several failed attempts I made and they confirmed that the garnishee should be stopped and the debt is paid in full, they send me a paid up letter as proof. On 11 June Beauty Buthelezi another Garnishee Administrator confirmed that there was a refund of R339.49 due to me and send me a statement as proof. Clifford in Kollet's accounts department was notified and after several calls and emails to Beauty she transferred me to him and he requested my banking details which I have sent to her on June 11, 2015. Clifford asked for my bank details again which I e-mailed and he confirmed on the 22 of June 2015 that the refund will be paid out in 2 days. I have communicated with them numerously since then with and have not received the refund promised to date. Please help
