Very Poor palisade installation - a very expensive mistake

Don’t be fooled by these **** positive reviews. I fell into the same trap.

These people offer very bad service, they are overpriced for their poor service. Last year July they installed a fence in my backyard and they assured me that concrete pillars were dug into the ground. About 10 months later (in May) my fence fell over and we realised that 1. The pillars were constructed on surface and 2. The concrete used to construct the pillars was mixed poorly, and it was shallow. They didn’t even construct a pillar for the last pole. The shallow pillars failed and when they fell they pulled my fence down. Last year they told me that if the fence fails within 1 year they will come and repair it. When I called them they didn’t come. I paid more than 40k for this botched nonsense job.

I repeatedly and kindly called Cathrine and asked them to come and inspect fence after the failure and she kept on telling me they are coming for 7 days and they never even bothered to come and observe their mistakes. If they would have come we would have inspected with them and worked towards a reasonable way forward. But the dishonesty and failure to take accountability shows their lack of ethics. I will be taking legal action against them.

I would like to seriously warn anybody who wants to use this service to be very cautious. Rather go for a service provider who understands their work and can offer you a reliable warranty. Not these con artists.
