RUNNING AWAY FROM TAKING RESPONSEBILITY

I bought AUDi A3 1.8TFSI stronic at Kolev Motors Edenvale, which indicated in the first month that the gear box is worn out.I took the car back to them and they claimed to have done clutch adaptations and but only kept on showing the problem. They were reported at Motor Industry Ombudsman Of South Africa who forced them to fix the worn out megatronics. They then wanted to claim from my warranty,in which there was going to be a shortfall of R8000,00 which they said am liable to pay. I denied all that and they instead went behind my back & that of MIOSA to put the claim from warranty company.Fortunately the company picked it up[ that the car has issues by MIOSA & they turned down the claim.MIOSA finally instructed Kolev to cancel the contract since Kolev Motors has been unable to fix the car.I am glad that the matter was finalised and someone needs to return the money back to the bank and i wish they charge them for the interests and penalise them to an extend of forcing them to close their business because it can't be correct to sell products but don't want to take responsibility that comes with it.
