HORRID SERVICE - FALSE ADVERTISING - LIES AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolute HORRID service. I bought a 2012 Ford Fiesta which now came to light is a 2011 Ford Fiesta - advertised to have bluetooth - which it dont. Faults on the car - numerous and after a huge fight with the Sales Manager who portrays himself as the owner (over the phone) they opted to sort out these problems. They even tried to sneak in a Warranty for wheels and rims without my consent on the OTP. When enquired about that, they said I agreed - but I never did - i was under the impression this was covered by the warrantee of R10 000.00 already included not an ADDITIONAL R4 000.00 which they then suddenly added to the OTP. This is just a small part of all that went on.
