Damaged Engine

Vehicle used oil and water .Took it back three times they couldn't find the fault .Eventually the head gasket blew completely due to the original fault.They said they would repair it at my cost but would give me a good deal.When i took the vehicle for wheel alignment found all the rims to be buckled,even the spare tyre had to be replaced as there was a cut in it (I wonder how this vehicle got through roadworthy) and they cant find my licence disc.
