worst service ever

On 29/03/2016 I took my Ford bantam in for work to be done as discussed with Li-Ann and on promises made expected it to be complete on 01/04/2016 only to be informed by the owner it needed to stay until 05/04 the o ly time I was ever contacted by Li-Ann was for payment for which she sent dayly emails now that the due time has come and gone she does not return calls or emails I have lost income because of this company and its staff who after receiving payment in full as they requested now give me the run around to
