Kolbee shocking service

We had an accident and the other party took our car there. This is the most appalling service ever. The receptionist swears while talking to us. We were offered a courtesy car which license was expired and filthy. The car is still not fixed 3 months later and the other party was told to pay them all the money and now we stuck. The other guy says our fight is now with Kolbee who is not answering our calls.
