No feedback regarding Deposit paid

<p>I have renting a property from the abovementioned agency for the past 7 years. I gave notice and on 23 October 2016 I handed the keys over to the agent, Jackie after I vacated the property. The agent did not have her inspection book with her on the day and proceeded to take photograps of the property, advising that such will be used as the inspection completed. Please note that upon my moving in 7 years ago, no inspection was done. Since then I have been sending e-mails to the estate agent requesting feedback regarding the repayment of my deposit, however the only answer I am receiving is that the owner still has to do the final inspection. I have sent another e-mail today, 21 November 2016 and although same was read by the agent, no response was received. It is worth mentioning the agent, on numerous occassions, told me that she is so sorry to lose me as a tenant as they never had to ask for the rent and same was always being paid on time. Why now, after 7 years, should I beg them to refund my deposit?</p>
