Terrible first time experience

First time experience terrible for a Sunday evening. No rolls or corn available. Cashier did not even tell us there were no rolls until our waiter came through with no substitute to offer. Tables weren't cleaned up, floors untidy. Could barely get a decent clean table to eat on. Going self service? Maybe a reminder to bring mops, brooms and cleaning detergents to all customers will be nice.
