Poor service

Good day

I would like to shared my experience with Kolay chicken in Durban Briadene.

On the 14 of December 2023 I placed an order through Mr D food and it was delivered on time but the chicken was dry, burnt, looked like it was Old with no sauce.

I called them to complain I even sent them pictures on the what's app number they gave me and they just said I should complain through Mr D foods which I have but no one has bothered to contact me.

DFD*** was my order number And the reference from Mr D was #***

I paid R373 for this order and the service I got is disappointing... Highly highly not appreciated for supporting their business.

I will never order from there and so should other people...
