Rude behavior and Poor Telephone Etiquette

Today the 30th of January at about 09:18 i called Kokstad medical center reception asking for a letter that confirms my child has a chronic illness and is on chronic medication for work purposes. The phone was answered by an African female who listened to me and refused to give me her name for when i want to do a follow up she then hung up the phone. I immediately called again this time it was answered by a Coloured female who also said she doesn't know who answered the phone, when i tried to explain what i need assistance for, she just hung up. They could not do a simple request instead the first lady i spoke to gave me attitude when i insisted she gives me her name.

The behavior was rude and absolutely against telephone etiquette.
