Horrible experience, Unprofessional doctors.

I have the most terrible experience with a Dr at the medical center. My grandmother is suffering from dementia and we visited the medical center after seeing the Dr we were not satisfied and we ended up going to Dr Groenewald (excuse my spelling) but this doctor was great and we she was properly diagnosed and given treatment. I have to commend Dr Groonewald for his wonderful treatment and professionalism. I appreciate this doctor and if you are in Kokstad just go to him. We then had to go twice a year for a check up but unfortunately Dr G wasn't available so we decided to go to Dr Harrison who was a new doctor. This doctor was horrible, we went there because she was bleeding from her uterus and before even checking her he told us that she had cancer mind you, this was while we were standing in a queue and everyone heard, he also said loudly that this patient suffers from dementia infront of a whole crowd, I was taken aback by his behavior and lack of professionalism. I thought consultations were supposed to be private. He recommended that we go for a scan and they found that her uterus lining was thick and that's when the craziness started he just said that it was cancerous without a Pap smear and because my grandmother didn't have a medical aid, he said we should go to a state hospital because it would be too expensive to treat her. He dismissed us with that, I was so traumatized, I couldn't even sleep for days. We decided to book an appointment with a private gynecologist who told us that her uterus was fine and nothing was wrong with her. She gave us treatment for the bleeding and now she is doing well. Fast-forward two weeks later we decide to get medical aid for my granny and as usual we needed her medical history. We went to the medical center to request for one and they said they'd help us, since my granny had only seen two doctors there which was Dr G and Harrison and Dr G wasn't available we had to ask Harrison to do it. Oh my goodness, my granny was diagnosed with High blood pressure and dementia ONLY, this doctor wrote high blood pressure, osteoarthritis, cancer and dementia WOW I'm shocked. How could anyone do this, why is he giving my Grandmother illnesses that she doesn't have? I am so disappointed and traumatized.
