Disgusting service

To whom it may concern,

Yesterday on the 6th of August 2019 I visited Kokstad Copiers to have some photo copies made as well as print out some pages. It wasn't my first time there but I have noticed that there's a black lady who works as a cashier or customer services person but every time I am there she's got a nasty attitude not only towards me but towards others customers as well. I'm quite appalled at how she screamed at me in front of other customers and even threatened to smack me. What made matters worse is that none of the management was interested in salvaging the matter, instead I feel like the other lady I asked for assistance was rude as well.

Now my question is why open a business when you have no value whatsoever for your customers? I mean how can your staff member threaten to smack me and no one even acknowledges that in that shop? I'm not one to usually complain and the other guys that work there are generally nice. Please get rid of that rude person, she does not belong in a customer environment. I've worked with people for over 10 years and never have I ever back chatted a paying customer, never mind yelling.

I sent an email to the email address available on their website but received no apology up to know. Truly appalling behaviour...
