BAD SERVICE, struggling over 2 year to get a redund

I would NEVER recommend buying any shoes from Koko's (Noleme Bramley is the owner of this company). I ordered shoes in 2017 to resell, they dit not sell good, neither were they good quality, I asked Nolene in March 2018 if I can courier shoes back to her for a refund as she have a few shops and can easily sell there as it is part of her range.

She agreed, she received the shoes end March 2018 and owe me R6700. It is now more than 2 years, every time I follow up with her she says she will pay but she never does.

I am fed up with **** like businesses as I run a business myself. It is a lot of money to loose, I will not leave this here.
