Poor service delivery, BAD attitude

I have ordered a birthday tutu set for my daughter and Koko's Kids agreed to meet the deadline which was the 20th of May since my daughter's bbirthday is on the 20th of May. I made the payment and they confirmed that they have received the payment. Ever since then i have not heard a word from them, i have been sending emails to them which they did not reply to, tried calling them they won't answer. I asked to be refunded so that i can make other arrangements thats when they rep**** and told me i will receive my package same day or the next, today it's the 20th no package no refund, their phone is off!
