Over a month to deliver an outfit - birthday party ruined

<p>Ordered and paid for in full an outfit on 15th December - despite requesting the package to be deliverd by 10th January it was only shipped on the 11th January and only delivered on the 17th January. My daughter had her party on the 14th January without her party dress which was also er birthday present.</p>
