No delivery

We ordered a special outfit for our daughters 1st birthday, we confirmed with Lizelle that she would deliver it in time for the little ones first birthday and she confirmed that she would, when the time came we had not received a tracking number - after numerous emails and phone calls - the phone just rang and numerous messages the birthday passed with no outfit and was only delivered a week after the birthday! Very disappointing
