No delivery!

I placed an order for my daughters birthday and confirmed with Lizelle first who promised me that she would deliver in time for her birthday, I however did not receive the outfit on time nor has Lizelle responded or anyone from Kokos Kids even after numerous phone calls and emails!!! Totally unacceptable! Do not use
