Kokanje retirement village age problem🤔

They advertise all the time sounds wonderful but when you apply.... You are too old, gets said, can buy the house cash money not a problem but myself and, my husband can not get in. I can understand if they say OK yoh are a bit over the age so x amount needs to be paid for the hospital care etc in case. But just to turn us down because we are too old, really?? And we know of people that got in there a while ago our age. Is this not what retirement villages old age homes are for? Or should it be called middle age homes now?? I really find it ludicrous that yoh would turn people down just because of age if they are still healthy. Surely this age thing could have some clause to it?????????? Pathetic. Maybe the reason why you have so mane empty houses?? Reevaluate like a business and put some clause in???
