Bad Service at Koi

My partner and I went to Koi Restaurant in Rosebank last night - 2015/12/03, we stood the entrance for about 5 minutes to be seated, we then walked into the restaurant and had to call a waiter whom was about to walk past us, to be seated.Whilst walking to the seat, he explained that the kitchen was closed,we told him that we just wanted some tea. He left us for about 15-20 mins with no menu. We then decided to ask for a manager, who we advised that we only wanted tea, but our waiter was nowhere to be seen, and didn't give us a menu or his name. The manager's name was Romeo, he offered to speak to the kitchen people but we declined.
