Terrible Service

Richard from Koi for Africa built a Koi pond for us, yet neglected to fill the new system with filter media. My pond has been running for 7 weeks, with specialised exotic koi, and I found to my horror that the filter was empty. The quality is water became filthy, and once I dismantled the filter myself I found that he had not even filled it with filter media … NOTHING!! This kind of cost and stress to the Koi is unacceptable.
