Kohler unable to send a quotation

Hi Hellopeter, I had a very bad service at Kohler’s HQ in JHB. I was interested in getting a quote for their titanium taps range. It had been three weeks since I have been waiting for the quotation. The lady who assisted me her name is Lorna, she could informed me that she was waiting for the prices from overseas. I ended asking her to stop looking for that quote as it was impacting negatively my house construction progress. The plaster could not do the main bathroom because they were waiting for the plumber to install his shower mixers. I lost three full weeks in the whole schedule due to Kohler and ended up not even getting what I had been waiting for. Can the owners of Kohler attend to their business as I can see that at this rate they will surely loose customers due to *********** sales consultants.
