kogita secrets poor experience

i purchased products from Kogita secrets last year, the products gave me terrible headaches and their claim was a money back guarantee. However on wanting to return the the products i was told i could not. eventually i referred the matter to the Consumer obudsman, where it was ruled in my favour based on their money back gurantee, which was last year December, even based on this decision my refund was not paid, and i again contacted the ombudsman, where i finally recieved a partial refund excl vat even though the company charged Vat. i found dealing with this company unpleasant and because of their work ethics i do not have trust in their brand. i would never want to use this company again .
