Worst customer service ever and worst experience ever. Supplier expects customers to trust her even though you have never dealt with her before, which is not an easy thing to do because you are already taking a leap of faith by ordering from someone you don't know and due to the fact that you are requested to pay the full amount of the item upfront. And quite frankly she was very rude when I started to ask questions regarding my late package. Personally I think it is very unprofessional when a supplier does not keep to their promises and then tries to shift the blame onto the delivery guy for not delivering items by the promised ETA. I will never recommend anyone to make use of this company in my life. Worst of all is she expects people to be happy with her service even though she does not keep them up to date with the progress of the ordered items and does not even let you know if the items are finished.
