Bad service and ridiculous owner

Where do i begin?? i am generally not a difficult person and I understand things happens, but i do feel ****** at that stage.

I ordered 11 shirts from them. It's amazing how quick you receive responses when they see you want to order and pay, but unfortunately it changes a lot after sending your proof of payment.

Just a quick recap of my issues:

· Must will have my order by the 7th (her message)

· On the 6th she let you know you want to send it the following Tuesday .. (again after I had to follow up)

· The 11th the Tuesday came and went and again no word from her about my products.

· The 13th she let her know she sends it next week and that I will have it on Wednesday

· Wednesday the 19th came and went again and I received nothing again and had follow up with again!!

· Then shw would have sent it on Thursday! But gues what? still no tracking no. I had to ask two times before I got another story again. The Friday ……

· The biggest joke here is when I receive my tracking no after all the weeks, my address is wrong !!

· The color prints on my shirts are wrong..

· Now the cherry on the cake is that I received 11 men's big shirts. And don't ask for it !!

And what's worse, she still doesn't understand my problem. MY PROBLEM IS NOT THE MENS SHIRTS! MY PROBLEM IS THAT IT HAS NOT COMMUNICATED THAT IT WILL BE MENS SHIRTS (so I could give sizes accordingly) Since I ordered both men and women. And it's sooooooo clear in artwork that it's for men and women.

And she still takes no responsibility for what is clearly her negligence ??

Then she post the photos onto her Facebook, i did request her to take it down as my friend is also on her page, and it’s supposed to be a surprise…She attacked me personally.
