<p>so owen koen does bad work on your vehicle then when you take it back he strips it and holds it hostage for more money .... paid nearly R10 000.00 now he wants more to fix what he was supposed to fix.</p> <p>he has stripped vehicle and i cannot get it... what does a person do and people need to be warned DONT TAKE YOU VEHICLE TO OWEN KOEN</p>
