Threat of unpaid Capitec loan

I have been threatened to make a payment by KOEGELENBERG Attorneys. The lady said if I dont pay my Capitec account a legal action will be taken against me. I did pay up with them but received a message a day later from Capitec that my unpaid credit card balance has gone up despite the payment. With MBD. You see immediately by receiving a thank you for the payment message and Capitec will not send you a message of no pay.ent the following day. Are they even legit? I earn half my salary of about R4000. I have two kids which 1 is in school and her transport is R600pm. I told her I can at least afford R200 just to keep the account flowing but the lady refused and continued to tell me that a legal personnel will be sent out. How can you arrest a mother if two children Will they feed my kids after I loose my job and jailed? Honestly I want to renegotiate with MBD because they are a better service. Capitec, you dont want another scandal. I think EFF should intervene.
