Thabang is very rude on the phone..

19 Oct 20, i received a summon sms and i decided to call and ask why? i was transferred to a guy name Thabang, he was laughing at me, making me feel like a not clients, and when he did not hear me he said ;;WHAT '' and i said to him please dont talk to me like that , find your professional words so we can continue and he refused to give me his line manager email address and he said my case will not be allocated to anyone else beside him and i will have to deal with him, this is outrage rude for me and i dont want to deal with people like that , customer service is very poor and i wont recommendate that firm in my life, Capetic bank find other people, Thabang is very rude, unprofessional and very mocking on the phone.
