My Capitec account was handed over to your company with balances of R 1250.00 & R 20 500.00. The smaller account has been settled and and the bigger account I have been paying for the last 3 years R 500.00 per month. Today I requested the balance which is R 23 000.00.... The balance be near to R 10 000.00 by now.
