RUDE AND DEMANDING!!!!!

So October 2019 I lost my job and have been stuggling to pay any of my outstanding loan accounts such as Capitec, African Bank, MTN and CellC. I recieved a call from KGB Attorneys that I owe Capitec money and that Capitwc has handed me over to KGB Attorneys due to non payments..... The lady from KGB explained to me that if i don't pay the given amount of R200 a month there will be actions taken which will lead to ******** charges. So I've explained to the lady that I do not have ANY source of income except my wife working. My wife is earning a small salary of R4000 a month. We have a 4year old son and the I also have a 9 year old son which I HAVE to pay child support to which is half my wife's salary. That leaves us with half of her salary to buy food for 8 people (Family), toiletries, gas (as we don't have power so have to boil water to bath etc.), petrol for the small generator which we ise to charges phones for alarms (works out to +- R1500 a month) that leaves us with MAXIMUM of R50 a month for my wife's personal woman stuff and a small sweet for my son. I have explained this to the woman and said that during the lockdown it IS IMPOSSIBLE to find work as most companies could not employ me and even during the lockdown level 3 where I could possibly get a job, my son's school is not open since he is only 4 years old so he would be home alone , there is NO POSSIBLE way for me to pay ANYTHING towards the accounts. The woman then told me I HAVE to pay the R200 otherwise it will be handed over to ******** charges and prison sentencing (with a bad ATTITUDE). So I am being forced to pay these accounts during lockdown
