paying for 5 years and no feedback

This company started debiting my account August 2009 and 5 years later still debiting. Not once have I been sent a statement or contacted to tell me about my account or even offered a settlement figure. When I contact them I get the runaround. I find it hard to believe that 5 years later I still have an outstanding balance.
