Fees, fees More Fees and absolutely NO Service!!

<p>I got behind with all my accounts due to reasons, so I got a job, worked a few months until I'm on my feet and decided that I am ready to pay my accounts. My Truworths account was handed over to other attorneys before KGB and when KGB received the account the outstanding amount was +-R5200. This was about a year ago. I only found all of this out later. So I phoned them to settle and suddenly within a year I now owed R8200! WHAT? Are you insane!! After fighting the guy said I can pay R6800, but on e-mail the amount was over R6900. Anyway, all I could then pay was R4000. I said I will then pay R500 per month until account is settled. After a month, they have not yet updated any payment on my ITC. So, I don't think I will pay them anymore. My ITC report still show last payments made 2014. If they don't reflect payment, they can loose their ridiculous fees. Let the rich be richer. Oh and Gershwin is the consultant I was dealing with. </p>
