Claiming Presciption Of Debt I Never Acquired

Good Day<br> <br> This morning I received notification from my salaries department stating that Koegelenberg Attorneys has requested a garnishee order on my salary WITHOUT ANY prior notification for an old Capitec Personal Loan. I have no recollection of ever taking out a Capitec Loan ever. According to the document provided to me from salaries, this account was opened in early 2007, yet to date, I have NEVER received not one single call, message nor letter from Capitec neither from Koegelenberg Attorneys.<br> <br> I have never opened this account and hereby claim prescription on this account in terms of THE PRESCRIPTION ACT 68 OF 1969.<br> <br> Please close the account immediately and your files thereof as there is NO claim.
