Capitec account

I've received notification that my Capitec account has been handed over to you. I've settled my capitec loan account in January 2015 already and have the proof of payment to support it. The settlement amount that I've paid was confirmed by capitec as well. Not sure why all of a sudden I'm receiving SMS notifications like this.<br> <br> Please have this rectified as well as my credit record as well.
