Bad attitude and not allowing clients to respond

Had a conversation with one of your friends and consultants regarding my account. She needed proof that the restraint on my account has been removed and I was trying to tell her that I'm in no condition to get that proof on Monday. She shouted at me telling me that she will continue with the legal process if I don't do as she says. Your client is definitely not important to me than my health and its pity I don't have her name. I'm also not sure if your consultants are FAIS compliant, they cannot be discussing my financial situation with my ex girlfriend. I gave your client her number as a reference not someone you guys can send messages to about my account. I would have cleared that with your *********** consultant but she didn't give me a chance. This is not a way to treat a human being
