Extremely Disappointed
I bought two large hake and chips parcels from Koeberg Fisheries, and I’m honestly very disappointed. I’m a first-time customer, and my friends made a huge hype about how good the food is, so I had high expectations. While they were preparing the order, I could already see the portions looked small — and when I received them, it confirmed my concern. For R105 per parcel, I expected a generous portion of fish and chips, especially since it’s labeled as large, but what I got looked more like a small or single portion. The value for money is terrible, and the meal did not meet expectations at all. As a first-time customer, this experience was highly disappointing and definitely not worth the price.
