Worst Photo printing Experience Ever!

Kodak Express in Kolonade have the worst service that I have ever experienced! I spent over an hour searching through my personal photo's to print. When I arrived at Kodak, I was sent from one person to another. Finally a staff member copied my photos on their computer. One photo was to be canvased. Again I was sent from one person to another to get the rest of my photo's printed. When a staff member finally helped, my photo's on my memory stick was missing! Each staff member that 'attempted"to help removed my usb stick from their computer without using the prescribed way of "safely removing usb from the device". After this experience my usb was ******* and had a virus. I insisted on seeing the manager, who end up being rude and not helpful at all. I explained to all the staff members that tried to assist and the manager that the first person copied the photo's on another computer. When the manager finally decided to check they found my photo's on that computer. The manager was extremely rude to me and unhelpful. I wanted to print at least ten photo's but was unable to due to the unprofessional conduct of all the staff members. I ended up coming back home with no photo's, even gone from my usb stick and a virus!
