Worst customer service ever!!!

Yesterday I took my lunch hour and passed by Kodak to print over 50 pictures and 1 canvas photo. one of the assistant helped me choose my pictures, after the whole process we went to the till to pay, my total was R540. I asked the assistant if we can make a change and the guy named Brian insisted he stays at the tills, i asked the guy if he can let him finish with me an help the other customers, he spoke indirectly and told the assistant stick to your work station and told me he has nothing to say to me.<br> <br> I then asked him if there is anyone who can assist me, he pointed the door and told me there is two free assistants that can help me. I asked him if i should ask them to help me and if its how they treat customers? he rep****: why you speaking to me in English when we both blacks? I was so shocked, he eventually assisted me with a very angry voice. Later on the day i went to fetch my pictures and my canvas wasn't printed properly, I was told to come back after 6pm. come 6pm they don't have staples I should come the following day. Today 10am my canvas was still not ready they waiting for someone to start @11am to come with it. My canvas was only delivered @14:30.<br> <br>
